KPA Unicon continues its strong growth in energy sector
Teemu Koskela, M.Sc. (Econ.), 35, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of KPA Unicon Group Oy as of January 1, 2018. Koskela has been working in the Group since 2014 and has held various positions, including Group’s Vice President and KPA Unicon Oy’s Business Director.
“I have the honor to develop this great company founded by Pekka Kovanen and further grown by Jukka-Pekka Kovanen, as the first non-family Managing Director. My key objective is to develop our company to be the best service provider in our industry with the most satisfied customers and employees,” says Teemu Koskela.
Jukka-Pekka Kovanen will be the Managing Director of the family-owned company Prounicon Oy and a member of KPA Unicon Group’s Board of Directors. He will be an active owner representative in KPA Unicon Group’s management in strategic projects such as internationalization, strengthening of corporate image and building new business models. He will work in close cooperation with the company’s Owners, the Board and the Management to support strategic management.
“KPA Unicon is moving rapidly from a technology supplier to a customer’s service partner, and in this phase of the company’s development, we needed to reform our organization. It’s been great to see that a new leader like Teemu has grown inside the group,” says Jukka-Pekka Kovanen.
