Similar to Renefluid, Reneflex utilizes KPA Unicon’s reliable Bubbling Fluidized Bed (BFB) combustion technology developed for solid fuels. Designed for energy producers and waste facility owner/operators in locations that require a compact Waste-to-Energy solution, Reneflex makes good use of locally treated waste streams by converting it for local heat, steam and power production. Reneflex boiler and power plants are designed to provide a range of 6–60 MW/boiler. And depending on your needs and fuel source, Reneflex can also process and co-fire biomass.
Reneflex boilers burn efficiently and are compliant with the EU’s Waste Incineration Directive. And particulate matter – a leading contributor to air-pollution hot spots around the world – is collected in dust filters. Other emissions are also reduced not only with optimized raw emission control but also with efficient secondary emission control systems.
