We believe in building a sustainable tomorrow
one energy solution at a time
At KPA Unicon, we look to the future and want to lead to way when it comes to furthering the use of sustainable energy solutions. We work to reduce dependence on fossil fuels worldwide, and our aim is to promote responsible, environmentally friendly, and economically viable energy production.
We want to be a responsible operator, partner, and employer. We believe that we can do good for the world by promoting efficient use of renewable energy sources and bring value to our partners and customers by doing so. As an employer, we invest in well-being at work and work towards creating a safe and healthy working environment.
We continuously develop the responsibility of our operations. Our quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45 001 complient and certified.
We have defined our Code of Ethics and HSEQ policy that guide our operations. These cover everything from complying with laws and requlations and doing business in a fair and sustainable way to respecting human rights, putting safety first and environmental matters. Our Code of Ethics works as our day-to-day operating principles and guides our employees to make the right choices. We communicate our values and the importance of responsible operations openly to all our stakeholders.
We are committed to promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. To us, the most material of the goals are clean and affordable energy (target 7); industry, innovation and infrastructure (target 9); decent work and economic growth (target 9) and climate action (target 13).
Every three years we conduct a material assessment to internal and external stakeholders. We set sustainability targets on material topics and report on progress annually.
